New Regular Army Chaplain

On Thursday the 21st of Sept at a Service led by the Deputy Chaplain General Fr Patrick O’Driscoll was welcomed into the Royal Army Chaplain’s Dept. The Gospel was for the Feast of the Apostle St Matthew and fittingly spoke of not only the call of Matthew but the ministry of mercy which the Lord committed to his Church.

Fr PJ now goes to Sandhurst on the 30th of Sept for the eight week Professionally Qualified Commissioning Course. He and all those attending would appreciate prayers for a warm dry autumn spell!

He is then posted to 22 Signals Regiment in Stafford.
